DUBAI 31 August 2018: Dubai accounts for nearly a third of all the tourism receipts in the Middle East, according to officials.
The Dubai Government Media Office, quoting UNWTO’s latest annual report said, “Dubai leads the Middle East with Dh77.5 billion international tourism receipts, representing 31.1 per cent of the total international tourism receipts in the region in 2017.
Dubai tourism recorded an 8% growth in 2017 compared to the year before, it added in a tweet.
