DUBAI 8 March 2018: Dubai hosts the highest concentration of millionaires, multi-millionaires and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals than any other Middle Eastern city.

Knight Frank lists multi-millionaires as those who have assets valued at more than US$10 million – and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals with assets of more than $30 million.

“Dubai’s prominence as a business and luxury destination is growing. It ranked 11th in the world in terms of the number of first and business class passengers,” said the report.

From Dubai you can access a third of the world within 4 hours, and two-thirds of the world within 8 hours.

Knight Frank said Dubai has emerged as a critical global gateway city. Its geographic position means it is uniquely well placed to act as a hub for accessing Asia, the Middle East and Africa – all key future economic growth centers.

Dubai’s strategic location, independent judicial system and regulator as well as rapidly improving infrastructure helped it become the dominant regional business location. These factors contributed to UAE being ranked 21st in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business index of 190 countries, the the report, parts of which were tweeted by the Dubai Government Media Office.
