DUBAI 19 February 2019: Dubai Police has set a new Guinness world record with the largest number of attendees at an awareness lecture on Natural Disasters.
The number of participants totaled 1,797 persons.
The lecture was organized by the Crisis and Disaster Management in the General Department of Operations in Dubai Police. It was held at Hamdan Sports Complex in Dubai.
The previous record was set in the United States of America.

By the end of the lecture, Major General Mohammed Saif Al Zafin, Assistant Commander-in-Chief Operations, received the Guinness World Record certificate form Samer Khallouf, Project Manager at Guinness World Records and Official Adjudicator.
