DUBAI 21 February 2019: Dubai Police is a friendly force trying to help anyone – including those who have a reputation of helping others.
How many times have we seen cabbies in Dubai pull over to a motorist in distress and try and help change a tyre or with simple mechanics to get the car back on the road.
Well, this cabby was different. He himself got into trouble during the last rainy period in Dubai.
But then a passing patrol car saw him stranded by his cab and pulled over.
Despite the high winds and lashing rain, the policemen came out of their car and helped the cabby.
