Passenger banned for life for filming stewardess’s skirt

A man who took a first class flight on British Airways has been banned for life and fined just £13 ($22) after he was caught filming up a stewardess’s skirt.

Martyn Vaughan, 61, was allowed to go free after being arrested in South Africa following the flight from Heathrow, according to The Sun newspaper.

It was alleged that he was drunk, turned the light on his camera on then pushed it under her uniform when she leant over to serve another customer.

He was arrested in his seat when they landed after the captain radioed ahead to tell police.

The married father-of-two was charged with common assault meaning that he could take pay an ‘admission of guilt’ fine.

He has been banned from BA flights for life. A spokesman for BA said: ‘We will support the South African authorities with their investigation.’
