UAE Weather: Rain, strong winds, fog, rough seas

ABU DHABI 23 December 2018: The National Center of Meteorology (NMC) has urged sea-goers in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea ​​to take precautions against fresh northwesterly winds with a speed of 55 km/hr.

In a statement yesterday, NCM warned against waves of up to 7-9 feet in height, and 40-50 km wind in Oman Sea until 8 pm Sunday.

NCM urged motorists to be cautious due to fog in various areas of the country.

For Sunday and Monday, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times especially over the coastal areas and the islands with a probability of light rainfall during daytime.

Humid over internal areas by night and early morning and hazy at times during daytime.
