Last month, Dubai Police announced that they have begun using a ‘Smart Controller’ with nine new features. It has a high level of accuracy, clear images and ability to move remotely on metal rails.
The device also includes a high-quality monitoring camera, a vehicle number reader and a radar, and can also monitor speed limit violations and traffic jams. It further has a direct-broadcast feature that is managed by the control centre, as well as an alarm to transmit warning messages.
