DUBAI 18 August 2017: A Filipino worker allegedly stole two mobile phones from the public mobile charging desk at the airport, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
On 28 June, Bangladeshi, AT, 33, worker, put his two mobile phones on charge at the area offered to the general public to charge their mobile phones.
“I put my Samsung and Nokia in the chargers and left to finish some work. When I returned to pick them up, I did not find them. I lodged a complaint with the police, testified AT.
Police reviewed camera footage, and identified DL, 35, who works at the airport.
The two mobiles were confiscated from DL.
The court will give sentence on August 28.
