A little girl was seen on camera running across a busy street in Saudi Arabia before she was hit by a truck just as her mother was stepping out of a shop.
A YouTube film showed the child kept running towards the road as a truck came towards her and hit her.
A man who happened to be near the shop in the Northeastern town of Hafr Al Batin rushed and carried the child to his car to take her to hospital while her shocked mother and another family member ran after him.
It was not known if the child survived.
