She wanted a more expensive car
An Egyptian woman took her husband to court to seek divorce after he bought her a car for 350,000 pounds (Dh145,000) instead of a more expensive one.
The unnamed wife told court in Cairo that her husband had always bought her cheaper things to save money, according to Egyptian newspapers.
“She said that he has never met her demands since they married nine years ago and that he always buys her cheaper items to save money,” a court source said.
“She also said that all her friends go with their husbands to Italy, the US and other countries on holidays every month while her husband takes her on holidays only twice a year,” the source added without mentioning when a sentence would be issued.
