DUBAI 7 June 2017: As the Indian Property Show, Dubai’s popular Indian real-estate exhibition, returns to Dubai on 8th, 9th and 10th of June, NRIs can look forward to deals, discounts, on-the-spot offers and lock in their investment in real estate back home.
The exhibition, which will be held at Hall 6, Dubai World Trade Centre, will feature developers from across India who will showcase properties to suit every budget and requirement.
The organizers have taken special measures to educate NRIs on the nuances of property buying. The exhibition will be open from 3pm to 12 midnight, with free entry and facility for free parking.
Senior advocates and legal experts from India will be conducting free-to-attend, interactive and educative seminars guiding the buyers on affordable housing, legalities of property investment, owner’s rights, risk litigation, Rera, taxations, due diligence, high growth cities in India and Vaastu. Visitors can also benefit from free legal advice relating to existing properties, new purchases and tenancy laws.

Seminars by Ashwinder Raj Singh, CEO- Residential Services JLL India will provide NRI guide to property investment in India, investment hotspots, the dos and don’ts of investments in Indian real estate, Real estate outlook for 2017 and trends , checklist for NRI investors and a special session on how infrastructure status to affordable housingwillboost real estate markets in India.
Vaastu and Interior seminars by Dr. Padmaja Yadav will provide quick tips on buying Vaastu compliant properties for increased health, wealth and harmony.
