A Saudi farmer got a big shock when he discovered that money paid by a dealer for his sheep was all forged, a newspaper reported on Thursday.
The farmer was paid SR10,000 (Dh10,000) for many of his sheep at night and chose to count the money in the morning, Sada said.
“I discovered that all the notes he paid me were forged…he chose to come at night so I will not notice the forgery,” the farmer said.
Sada carried a film in its report showing the man holding the fake money but did not mention where in Saudi Arabia the incident took place..
