All of us in Russia would like to be happy: Speaker
MOSCOW 6 March 2019: Valentina Matviyenko, Speaker of the Russian Federation Council, has called for a study of the UAE’s experience in establishing the Ministry of Happiness.
Matviyenko said, ”During a visit to the UAE, I learned about the activities, jobs and nature of work of the UAE Ministry of Happiness and Wellbeing.
“All of us in Russia would like to be happy and wish that this country would be a country for happy people.”
Matviyenko visited the UAE in 2016 and met with a number of key officials, said Wam.
